A lot of easy and quick vegetarian recipes.

When I chose to be a vegetarian, I committed to it. But sometimes, I am almost tempted to try other foods not because I miss them but because I almost ran out of choice. Because one of the disadvantages of being a vegetarian is the recipes are limited, and some of the recipes that I know takes time to prepare and for a busy person like me, it is really a problem. So I thought I should learn some new recipes, easy and quick which are all in this book. There are just a lot to choose from. Thanks for this.

Cooking is fun with this guide

Spicy refried mixed beans cant be compared with anything else. Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker. Cook onion for about 2 minutes or until softened. Add parsley, onion and chipotle powder. Mix and continue to cook for a minute more. Add vegetable stock and beans into the pressure cooker. Put the beans into a bowl and mash according to the desired consistency. Season the mashed beans with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
